慕蠡洞发现于一九八三年三月，同年九月开发，一九八六年五月正式对外开放，它的总游览面积一万多平方米，全部游程一公里，是宜兴最大的溶洞，其中水洞游程二百米，有九个宫，迷人的洞中奇景将使你留连忘返。
Profile of Muli Cave:The three Chinese characters of “Muli Dong” were written by Ye Shengtao, the famous Chinese writer and educationist. Muli Cave was formally opened to the public in May 1986. With an area of 10,000m2, the cave has a water channel of 200m and a visiting route of nearly 1000m in nine palaces. Watch your head for stones above. Inside this wonderful eroded cave, over thirty scenes have been formed by various stalactites of more than one million years old. When calcium carbonate from water drops from the above limestone agglomerates, stalactites are formed. With abundant water, a natural landscape of small bridges and flowing water come into being.
慕蠡洞紹介:お客様、この鐘乳洞は独特で素敵な世界で、陶祖聖境の主体です。ゆっくり楽しんでください。ここにある「慕蠡洞」という三字は著名作家、教育家の葉聖陶先生が書かれたのです。慕蠡洞は1986年5月から正式に開放され、面積は10000平方キロメートル、長さは200メートル、観覧コースは約1000メートルで、九つの宮からなっています。頭をぶつからないように気をつけてください。これは素敵な鐘乳洞で、さまざまな鐘乳石が三十ヵ所の景観を構成しました。今までもう100万年以上の発育史があります。洞窟の鐘乳石は石灰岩から滴った水が蒸発して残った炭酸カルシウムが凝り固まって形成したのです。
